Not incredibly impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new model replaced my 17 year old Whirlpool that was NEVER serviced! Had high hopes for the new one but unfortunately I really don’t like it. It requires resetting almost every load by holding the power button. Then it takes a short time for it to reset after removing your finger. I also do not think it spins out the water as well as my old washer. The cycles all seem longer to me too.

Solid machine with good features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good - works well and takes less time to wash a standard sized load than my old washer. My only complaint isn't necessarily with the washer, but my configuration. I have these tucket under a counter, and the pull out bin for detergent and bleach makes it quite difficult to reach the bleach area in the back.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer and dryer at the same time. It has been tough learning experience on how to operate both units. If a power failure or glich occurs the dryer won't start . When this happens what am I supposed to do? I finally got dryer to start by unplugging and plugging back in. Wife not happy!!!
