[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great washer but the direction booklet is not helpful at all. My machine came in Spanish and there was no directions on how to change it to English. I went on line and couldn’t find it anywhere. Finally I watched 3 videos on You tube from others this happened to. One man explained it clearly and I was able to change it. I also don’t feel they explain each setting well enough. I’m still figuring things out over a month later. But I’m happy with everything I completely understand.

Replacing a working top loading washer with no spin tube that wadded clothes and broke underwire bras.

Previously owned a much older similar unit which was left behind when moving across country.
Was satisified with the brand so purchased this washer with drawer pedestal.
Looks great, runs quiet.
Like the additional features including the vent system but will not use the wifi connected option.
Wife happy!

Continuing with whirlpool appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 2 weeks of heavy usage, the washer has performed admirably. This unit replaced my old whirlpool front loader that lasted 20 years. The new model has additional features which have not yet been used but I’m looking forward to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this washer! It is quiet and it spins the clothes to almost dry so less time in the dryer!!
The features are easy to understand so even the hubby can do himself. We definitely want to get dryer to match when our old whirlpool goes out! ( if ever!!!)
