(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this a month ago and it is noisier than the expected from a whirlpool product. I’m not happy with the idea that I have to download an app to make changes to the amount of time I want the cycles. I have an 6S iPhone and don’t have that opinion. Stuck on what’s programmed on the washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it, and it vibrates like crazy even after being leveled and all bolts removed. Ran 3 loads and had to call in a service request. 2 weeks our on the service. Still can't wash clothes. Not a great experience so far.
