Bad washer. Poor service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the matching washer and dryer brand new and the Washer is ruining our clothes because something in the washer is making little tears in our clothes. It has been 1 week since whirlpool was made aware of the problem and no answers have been given yet. Scheduling services takes forever and once you do they cannot help you resolve any issues. We are very disappointed in the product and the service provided by Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice machine BUT, to many different options / settings . What ever happened to sample settings . Turn it on and it shuts off? Some instructions for operating the machine would be nice. They want you to do everything with an app.
