Very good washer with good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer a few weeks ago. We used Whirlpool's delivery and installation option, and it worked out great. The washer has been excellent so far. We really like the dry drum feature. Our only issue is that we tried to clean the dispenser drawer, as recommended in the instructions. When we pressed down on the release tab, it snapped off. We did not press down very hard. Our only conclusion is that the tab was either defective or not built well. Otherwise, this has been a great washer.

Fantastic Family Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this washer! Easy access to the pump filter to clean it when my kids or hubby leave coins, costume jewelry, or other pocket trinkets in their clothes. A drum dry setting to keep the drum dry and bacteria free, good size for family of 5.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this washer because of the anti-bacterial door seal. There were no instructions provided regarding all of the different cycles. Not happy that I had to search the internet for information about how to use my washer. I like the dry drum feature but don't like that it takes 4 hours. The 57 min. normal cycle takes a few minutes to start and finishes with 10 minutes still left to go. I am not confident that my clothes have been washed properly. Some cycles are far too long. 2.12 hours for towels is a waste of energy. I can't set up a customized cycle unless I do it via WiFi plus no instructions as to how to do this.

Purchased machine 9-21-25..VERY disappointed that there is no instructional manual. I watched YouTube but couldn't fined a tutorial on this particular model. Called help line on 9-25-25/1240 still waiting for callback.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago as well as the dryer and very pleased with the performance of both. Clothes come out very clean and smell clean! I have followed recommendations to run the clean cycle, remove filter and wipe door seal really well. Would definitely recommend and the price is reasonable.
