Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a couple of weeks ago but I am disappointed.
I expected the "Quick Wash" feature to perform like it did on my prior Whirlpool model.
However, I notice that even though the display shows 11 minutes remaining during the final spin cycle, it stops and shows "Cycle Complete" and the clothes are wetter than they should be. I also noticed that there is still soap residue on the inside of the door area.

Difficulty with the new touch screen

WORST washing machine ever!

This is by far the absolute WORST washing machine I have ever purchased in my over 40 year of doing laundry. And it is new! The spinning feature is a nightmare. Even a king size set of sheet comes out drenching wet. (Let alone trying to wash a twin size mattress pad.). Many times the clothes have suds in them after the wash. I never use more than a tablespoon of detergent. I don't feel like I should have to do an extra rinse cycle and pay extra water and electric cost. And of course, it comes with no interior light which is ridiculous. (This ithe least of my concerns.) This machine is a nightmare! Stay away!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
