Machine fine but lacking full instruction manual

Junk - wish Whirlpool would stand behind their products- washer moves all over to the extent of blocking door- service people say it’s underloaded, not in balance and even that my floor isn’t level
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not like the way you start up the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new frontloading washing machine for over a month now and we still aren't fond of it. The old model was much easier to work. We don't like having to turn on the power button then hold the other button to get the cycle started.
