Worst performance ever!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have had Whirlpool appliances for over twenty years, were our go-to appliances, recommended to family and friends. This washer is the worst washer I have ever had! Will never buy or recommend Whirlpool to anyone ever again!!

You can do better than this machine

I've had this for 6 months. It is a pain in the neck to use. For every load, you have to press screen & wait for it to download. If you always use cold water, for example, you have to reset it every time. It just is not nearly as convenient as turning a dial to set. And the spin cycle does not do a thorough job. It cleans okay, but spend a little more & get a more user friendly machine.

What a disappointment!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago after trying 4 other brand washers trying to find one without auto-sensing and with pre-soak. I bought it because i had a whirlpool duet washer for 20 years and loved it. Whirlpool really screwed up their new machine adding stuff nobody wants (a little music when it turns on, auto-sensing and a cleaning drum feature.) I did not realize that there was not an extra separate rinse and spin cycle and that I could not adjust the amount of water needed. I AM NOT HAPPY. I will be calling service to see if they can adjust the auto-sense. (Sometimes my clothes come out half dry - so I have to run it again and pour extra water in.) Also, with my old machine, my normal cycle with pre-soak and extra rinse lasted one hour and nineteen minutes - now the time of this is over twice as long. Plus the extra rinse is so short and little water, I now run a quick wash as a rinse cycle - another 25 minutes. How much extra electricity does this use? Energy efficient??? Thank you so much for all these improvements - instead of making life easier, you've made it stupider and much less efficient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth the money.
