Very nice machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a front loader before so this is new to me. I wish there was a way to adjust water levels but there doesn’t appear to one. I also wish the drum was a bit larger. It seems smaller and I am not able to put as many clothes as my top loader. I do love how quickly and efficiently the cycles complete. And love that I can close the lid without fear of mildew and the washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both dryer and washer are incredible machines and are working fantastically! Our only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the location of the detergent dispenser and the location of the control panels on both washer and dryer. The locations are both left and right upper corners of the machines. This location makes it very difficult to move the units as needed..we are concerned that the panels will be damaged. Naturally, one would grab the corners of any machine such as this to move or maneuver for relocating or cleaning. The moment you touch a corner, the power buttons are accidently turned on or the dispenser drawer is compressed or pushed out. Unfortunately this is very much an inconvenience for fear of breaking or damaging vital components. Otherwise, we are please with units. Currently, watching the load balancing feature as the washer can vibrate excessively at times. We love the dispenser, despite it location. Easy to use, easy to remove, and appears to stay clean as it does not allow excessive build up of liquid detergents and/or softeners.

Poor user interface experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really poor user interface for what should be a mature product from an established company. The legends on the buttons are nearly invisible in normal room lighting, and have no backlights or status lights. They also do not have the option icons that are used on the LCD display. The user is expected to memorize the iconography or just have no idea what options are set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice looking washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is replacing an older (8 yr old) model. It is very nice. Very techish. Only comment is the wash cycles are considerably longer than our older model.
