Great app features

Great machine!

I bought this machine and matching dryer to replace 18 year old Duet machines that I really liked, and didn't need a repair guy until the circuit board failed on the dryer after 18 years. The machines are similar and do a great job of cleaning and drying clothes. They were l lot more expensive than my Duet machines and the parts are less substantial. I would prefer buttons and dials over the touch pad but was happy to learn that I could program the cycles on the machine itself. I was also glad that I could turn off the annoying chime. I couldn't get the app or wifi to work, but didn't want it anyway. I think a washing machine should be simple to program from the machine itself and am not interested in an app.
The size of the drum is great and can handle large loads. It has lots of cycles to choose from. I would give the machine 5 stars if it had buttons and dials and a less flimsy soap dispenser and door. I also preferred the look of the Duet machine, with the grey door. The black door on the white machine is too stark. It would have been nice to have a paper manual that explains how the touch pad works and how to turn off the chime; however I found instructions on line.

Quiet and Efficient

Large capacity and cycles quickly

That is why I did not give it a 5 star. Machine is great but no detailed operational instructions even on line.
