[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works wonderfully.. however, I wish there was an instruction manual, tell me what all the features are, how they’re used and how to use them. There was a manual on how to install, troubleshoot, but none telling me how to use the steam fresh, and what it is. I still don’t know what the afresh button is for either.🥺🙄🤔😕

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tray for softener was defective when new... say they will replace it without cost. Loud spin, and holding start button for maybe 5 seconds before each load of wash is a nuisance. In general seems cheaply engineered and made.

Discontinued parts for a new 2025 washer machine

Called parts and they said parts had been discontinued!

Will it be as good?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently had to replace my 19 year old whirlpool front loader and this was the only model available in stock. The good: greater load capacity (I love!), has the filter door, looks great. The meh: can connect to Wi-Fi (why? I still have to load and unload so what’s the point?) digital on off (give me a button or a non that’s less likely to fail), when we lost power; the next time I went to use the machine, it gave me a message that power was lost (wasn’t using it during the outage period btw) and to turn machine on to see if power was back…??? Obviously the power is on if I get that digital message duh. The bad: NOISY!!! This machine (and it’s dryer companion) do not have the noise dampening insulation of the old ones so get ready to hear every swish, squeak, and rattle. Overall I am satisfied with the machine… but it’s only been a few weeks… maybe I’ll check back in 19 years if it holds a candle to its predecessor.

Excellent cleaning, it's quiet, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first front loader washing machine. I'm already sold on it. It cleans the clothes very nicely and they don't come out wet. It has easy to use controls. It's quiet. Whirlpool has never let us down.

Complicated start up for running a wash!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once you turn the dial to what type of wash you want There are two buttons to push to start the washer, you have to hold 10 seconds on the arrow button and then push another start button and hold for 3 seconds. It’s very complicated for something that should just be on and off!
