Washer works great - handles everything I throw at it - and with multiple pets, kids and a busy household, I THROW a LOT :D - and I have to say, wifi ability is a GAME CHANGER. I won't lie - I mocked the idea of my washer being on wifi - WHO WOULD NEED THAT??? - but getting an alert when the wash is done keeps me from forgetting it in there for a day and having to rewash - especially because now my washer is on a different level than the main living area (the basement, pray for me) - and so often out of sight, out of mind! No longer! It's a thoughtful feature that I really appreciate.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I relieved the washer 3 weeks ago. The washcycleisfine. When the washer goes into spin mode it sounds like a helicopter and starts shaking. The major spin makes the machine jump all over the laundry room. It is definitely not normal. I have a service rep coming on Wednesday morning.

Good washer nice replacement for older Duet

this washer has been replaced by the same washer due to not working properly at all. think twice before you buy this unit???
