Different features need time to get use to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not loving the press and hold feature for power up (10 seconds) and the press and hold (3 seconds) to start. If you take your finger off the button you have to start over. Why oh why???

Our old Duet washer will be hard to match

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the Android application frustrating to use. The machine does not have a cancel button and the buttons generally are difficult to read. Other than that, we have only had it for a week, so usability is still to be determined.

Completely Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this washer has broke/stopped working 3 times within a 5 month period. It is still under the 1st year warranty. The motherboard keeps going out and has needed to be replaced. I have never had such a bad experience with a product. Whirlpool warranty will not reimburse for my cost to go to the laundromat so that I can clean my clothing. This whole experience has been utterly ridiculous!!! Guess I will never purchase another Whirlpool/Maytag product again, after being a loyal customer for many years.

starting the machine

How do I shut off the countdown when I power up the machine? Is there a way to bypass this step? If you take your finger off of the power button before the 10-second countdown the machine shuts off.
