Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this washer for 3 months and it needs a new circuit board and two other parts. One of the parts is on backorder and we are without a washing machine for who knows how long. I would not recommend this washing machine to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 22 year old Whirlpool washer that still ran beautifully but the ON button (plastic!!!) had disintegrated so to turn it on you had to stick your finger in the hole and push the red button on the panel. It was becoming difficult to start this way so time for a new machine. This machine is wonderful. It cleans beautifully, is quiet and has nice features. I had great difficulty trying to request a full owner’s manual when calling the help line or looking on line. My husband finally went to the store and had them print it out. I am very happy with the machine. The delivery and setup was not good. They left without engaging the feet of the pedestal so the first few washes the machine walked across the floor. My husband was able to secure the feet and all is well. The store could not send someone out for two weeks.

To many features

Down side is there are way to many settings and just more electronics to fail. It get clothes clean but its yet to be seen how reliable it will be. The washer has a whole crap load of settings I will never use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice features if I know what they mean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a very old machine with this one. It is very nice but I'm having trouble understanding all the features. No where can I find a manual that tells me exactly what each feature means. Lots of info about how to install but nothing at all about what each function does. The rotating wheel is self explanatory but I don't know what the other buttons mean some are self explanatory but others are not.
I would recommend this to a friend!
