Great set

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had this set for over a month now, it is working amazing! The washer cleans my clothes way better than my old samsung set, the clean cycle reminder is really handy to keep me on track, and the settings cover everything I need. The dryer works great, my blankets and towels always come out totally dry, the temperature doesnt damage anything, the settings cover everything I need. Definitely happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Defective model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one month ago it's the worst machine I've ever had, I am now going on my 4th replacement, the 1st one the display on both washer and dryer was in Spanish had to goggle it just to switch to English, the spin cycle is so loud and fast the machine shakes violently and cycle doesnt finish 2nd machine quick wash cycle wont spin or drain, 3rd machine normal setting didnt finish the rinse cycle went from having 10 mins left to done in seconds, I tried the drum dry setting it's 4 min, 1hr later it's still going and the timer was adding time said it had 3min4sec left to 3mins17sec left tried the pause and stop button won't stop or turn off had to unplug it and it shakes during spin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine last month and I am so fat pretty pleased with how well it works! I am disappointed that it doesn’t come with a manual that I don’t have to look up and download. There are some buttons that I don’t understand how they work!
