Reminiscing the past

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this new machine for about a month and like it, but the touch screen is highly sensitive and easily bumped which cancels cycle. The rubber gasket is hard to wipe fuzz and dog hair out. Loved my old model(16 yrs old) better, but will settle and figure out my minor issues. Love the color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago when our faithful whirlpool duet washer failed. The washer cleans well. It is not as easy to operate. We bought it because of the whirlpool brand and its immediate availability. Things that could be better:
1. Machine vibrates excessively at medium spin regardless of load.
2. Need instruction manual.
3. Power on button is too sensitive. Hold too long and machine enters reset mode.
4. Warranty offers were confusing. (Three)
5. What is circular cutout on front below tub?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I really love the fact that I connect it to the internet and use my phone to set the cycle. Very cool feature. And oh the little water it uses to wash my clothes is unbelievable. Great at conservation.
