[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has now been just short of two months since the purchase of the washer and I do have to say how pleased I am with it. The performance is superb and I’m absolutely happy with the purchase. I would have given it five stars if not for a couple minute details. First off, and most impactful, I was worried and disappointed when I noticed the sheet metal screws holding the rear panels together were applied with a slight misalignment causing them to be skewed. Also, the torque setting on the equipment/tools applying those fasteners was either out of calibration or improperly set because the face of the said screws were not even in full contact with the panel. I had to redo them myself. The second, which I was well aware of before purchasing, is the use of plastic, instead of glass, on the inside of the door. It was a negative factor for me, but it works and has no dissatisfactory effect with performance or noise. The only other aspect of the washer that keeps me from giving it five stars is the company’s VERY generic and vague owners’ manual with no technical attributes, like exploded drawings and part numbers. If I was asked if I would purchase again knowing the factors that I have encountered, I would without hesitation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new frontload whirlpool washer...WOW SUPER QUIET...MUCH LARGER TUB...EASY YO OPERATE..replaced with 2006 maytag front load washer and dryer...the new whirlpool electric dryer is. SUPER QUIET.. clothes are almost dryer when using the washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NOT user friendly at all. Spins for 20 minutes before water is introduced into the wash. Have to many buttons to push to get to cycle you want.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too much for what I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is more complicated than l need. I don’t use several of the different wash cycles because a couple of them take 2 hours to run. I also don’t understand why the drum circulates for the first few minutes with no water being added. Just more washer than l need. I like that it is Made in America.

Front Load Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love my new Whirlpool Washer. To be clear, the only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because my preference is a top load washer. But, since I cannot get a top load due to space I got the front load. My first front load to be exact. I love the looks of the washer, I also love that the door swings out of the way when opened. I think the thing that I love most is that this washer uses less water per wash and when it is done with the cycle my clothes are almost completely dry. And the controls are very easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this whirlpool to anyone.
