LOVING MY WHIRLPOOL WASHER & DRYER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Whirlpool Washer & Dryer Set in December 2025. I was not happy that my existing Kenmore Washer & Dryer had reached their limit just three weeks before Christmas. I rushed to the Appliance Store and was overjoyed to see this set. I love the digital display most of all. The visual is fantastic. The blue hues are beautiful. Also, I love the way the Whirlpool logo is displayed in gold lettering. Additionally, I love all of the washer settings. I'm not used to having so many. In addition to a cold setting, it also had cool; in addition to hot, it has extra hot. I also love the Dryer; its spacious and dries my clothes exactly per the temperature that I selected. It too has multiple settings. The modern look, the aesthetics, the functionality, the cost, and the quality are all things that I expect from Whirlpool. I live in a new Villa now and the Washer & Dryer are in the Master Bathroom, and a lot of my friends are looking into Whirlpool appliances now. And just so you know, my Kenmore lasted 21 years. I actually bought that set in 2004 when I built my new house.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The washer works well washing clothes, but when I did a drum clean cycle I notice water on the floor. Have not tried a drum clean cycle again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a couple of weeks ago. So far everything is working fine. My biggest complaint is NO instructions covering the settings of the digital controls, took forever to eventually get the data online to print... that was a PAIN!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Features are great. Fits on my old pedestal. Only thing I don’t like is the washer moves a lot. I have to keep putting it back in place.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this washer and it had a dent. I felt like it was used I reached out but ultimately kept it. Well washer does NOT drain. Since I got it I always have to do a drain a spin cycle every time after I wash!!!! Ridiculous since they were so expensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We regret that you are having these concerns with your Washer. Clothes remain excessively wet because the washer could not achieve optimal final spin speed for water extraction, usually due to load issues or mechanical problems. 1. Is the washer out of balance? An unevenly distributed load is the most common cause. Internal sensors detect imbalance and reduce spin speed or stop the cycle to prevent damage, often displaying an error or extending the cycle with self-correction attempts (refilling/rotating). Look for loud noise/shaking. Manually redistribute the load, then run a Drain & Spin cycle. Consult the unbalanced load guide for proper loading. 2. Washing bulky items? Bulky, absorbent items (bedding, towels, etc.) clump and become too heavy for standard cycles to balance. Always use the dedicated Bulky or Sheets/Bedding cycle. Load items loosely; washing two may help balance better than one. 3. Low Spin or No Spin option selected? Lower spin speeds (Low, Medium) or "No Spin" intentionally leave more moisture to protect delicates or reduce wrinkles. Verify the spin setting. Run a Drain & Spin cycle at a high speed, manually rearranging the load first. 4. Drainage Issues? If water remains in the tub, the weight limits the spin speed. Key Checks: Hose: Ensure the drain hose is straight, free of kinks/obstructions. Standpipe: Check the drainpipe height (max 96", min 39"). Ensure only 4.5" of the hose is inserted into the pipe. 5. Other Potential Interferences Power Interruption: An outage during the final spin can stop the process, leaving clothes wet. Not Level: An unlevel washer can easily become unbalanced during high-speed spinning. Use a level to adjust feet. Late Garment Addition: Using the "Add a Garment" feature late can disrupt the pre-spin balancing routine. Error Codes: Flashing lights or codes mean the cycle stopped due to a fault (e.g., severe imbalance, pump issue). Thank you for sharing your insights with us. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this machine, works perfect with the matching stand. Appears to be quality made in USA,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model washer and it has a Engineering defect or fault in the programing on that it injects the bleach in the rinse cycle instead of the wash cycle, a tech has already come out to look at it and couldn't do anything to remedy it so now I have to fight with whirlpool to get engineering to look at the software program on their side to see what and how it can be remedied and it is next to impossible to be able to speak to anybody in engineering.
