Not what I expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first front loader. always had a top loader. It washes very good but the spin cycle does not dry anywhere as well as my top loader. Also the settings are over complicated, not user friendly. Wash times are very long to that of my previous washer. I rate this machine exceptable but somewhat disapointing.

Not good with dog hair

I bought this and the dryer a few days ago and while I was happy at first I became disappointed when I seen all the left over dog hair in the washer and the dryer. It does not take dog hair off your clothes and it requires you to clean your washer and dryer after each use if you don’t want a clump of dog hair after each wash. It will just build up. Wish I would have went with a different set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
