Dream Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my new washer and dryer due to my old dryer quitting and I assumed the washer was not far behind. The drying time is shorter and more efficient. The washer has more washing options. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great Machine

It has lots of features I haven’t used yet, but it does a great job of getting my clothes clean. My first washer was a Whirlpool over 50 years, and it was great for over 10 years. I’ve come full circle now, and hoping this one will last as long—or longer.

Inconvenient design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machines work fine but the design is very inconvenient. You have to hold the start button ten full seconds for the machines to actually work. Both the dryer and the washing machine are designed like that. It gets annoying when you are in a hurry and you have to stand there for ten seconds every time you run either machine. My previous Whirlpool washer and dryer were not like that. I thought things were supposed to get easier, instead things seem more complicated.
