Great performance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have washed 5 loads of clothes and 1 king size comforter, and I am very happy with the results. The washer is very quiet, and the spin cycle is amazing. My old washer was a Whirlpool Duet that was 20 years old. I have all Whirlpool appliances in my home as I trust the brand.

Great washer, needs a better instruction manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I am very happy with the washer, and the only negative thing I have to say is that the instruction manual that came with it did not explain the different cycle buttons. It has only been through pushing the buttons to see what comes up on the screen have we figured out what they are. We went online and looked to see if there was a different, more complete manual, but there was not. Having never had or used a front loading machine before, it’s been a learning experience.

Not as well built

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer to replace a 12 year old Whirlpool Duet Washer that needed a part that was no longer available. So far, I am happy with the cleaning power, but unhappy that I lost some of the features and performance, that I had on my older unit. I really miss the rinse and spin cycle, and this washer does not spin the clothes as dry as my older unit. I also really miss the light in the drum, it is very difficult to see what I am doing when removing clothes, or looking for the last few socks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features, extremely quiet....
