[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes clothes great. The length of each cycle is determined by the size and weight of your clothes. The only con is I hate holding the prestart button for 10 seconds and the start button for a good 3 seconds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this washer has been pretty good. It works as advertised and seems to have decent energy efficiency. It seems very durable but I’m still not loving the capacity of the washer. I feel like at times I can’t put the amount of clothes/items I want in it without being worried that they might not all get properly washed. I saw before I got the washer that the noise level was a plus for them, however with my experience my old washer was much quieter than this one. I will say I do very much like the dry drum as a way to prevent mold/bacteria from forming and that cycle is obviously very quiet. My main complaint is the front drain cover door. When my washer got delivered the workers put in for a replacement for the whole washer because the door would not stay closed. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal and shouldn’t worry about it. However I’ve had to end up taping the cover so it won’t open and we won’t accidentally step on it. Unfortunately, I’ve had to replace that tape multiple times and in general the door makes a lot of noise due to the washing machine moving around. If there was a fix for this or a replacement for just the door that would be great but at this point the tape is the best I’ve got.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a learning curve, but it is a great machine. My clothes come out much cleaner. The best options for me are the drum dry cycle and the being able to clean the rubber gasket.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything has been awesome on our new washer! The only thing that I do not like is that it turns on by itself when no one is around it. It is not set up to WiFi yet either.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to the washer I bought 10 years ago, this is a very poorly manufactured item. Doesn't even have an interior tub light. The pedestals are made of cheap plastic versus the sturdy metal ones we had previously. Be suprised if this unit lasts 5 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine that works very well. Could use a stronger plastic within the detergent loading piece. I took it out and apart to dry, it fell four feet onto the concrete floor and a corner piece bent/broke, not sure if it was already like that when we had it installed or happened at that time but it is pretty flimsy plastic. Other than that, it runs nice and quiet. Love the option to have the fan going in the machine to keep the clothes fresh if I need to leave and can’t unload it in a timely manner.
