This machine is not user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine works well. However, there are codes on the machine that are confusing and there's nothing mentioned in the users manual or online. For example, there is a "soft reset" message when turning the power on and a "restarting" message with an hourglass symbol. The machine will not work when these codes are shown. Nowhere do I find what these are for. Tried to use the chat option at whirlpool to find out but if I did not buy it from the manufacturer, they will not assist. This machine is not user friendly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No owners manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our washer in December. Very disappointed it did not come with an owners manual. How are you to know what all these buttons do? I would very much like a paper copy of the owners manual. Still trying to figure this machine out

Washer. It helps in measuring and knowing how much to use. Both the washer and the dryer are attractive and look nice .

Upgrade! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 10 year old whirlpool duet with this new set and I love it! I think my clothes smell cleaner and more fresh now. I loved the old set but unfortunately wore out. I love the vented feature and the anti microbial rubber used.

Great Performance/Cumbersome to Start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The prior Whirlpool front load lasted over 16 years. I think the new machine just purchased machine is louder (the pump). The normal cycle is longer. Seems to wash clothes ok. Not necessarily impressed with the new machine just purchased. I hope it performes for a long duration.

Don’t mess with whirlpool success and reliability!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our last whirlpool font load 18 years. It was a work horse so when the repair got a bit costly we opted to buy a new one and would not switch brands given the excellent track record. We still have the whirlpool dryer at 18 years old and working great. The new one has excellent features and looks great in the room. The clothes are super clean and the drying is fast due to the spin cycle of the new machine. I’m still learning but very happy with everything so far. The online education is extremely helpful. Loving my nice clean clothes!
