First impressions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No problems after a month. The instructions are a bit lacking but we figured out what we needed to do. The Add Garment feature doesn't always work. I press the button as directed but the door doesn't always unlock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a month ago and I’m so unhappy. The main board had to be replaced on a brand new machine. I don’t like buying a new machine and having a replacement part in it so soon. What is my protection in a situation like this?
This is my second set of Whirlpool washers and dryers . If the washer holds up I will then give a better rating.

Good machine , horrible wifi app .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased and installed last week . The washer does a great job of washing garments , so far . Very disappointed with the app and the ability to change the notification settings on the machine . From the app ,there’s no way to turn off the annoying sounds from the machine . From the machine display , you have to press/hold buttons just to change the notification settings .

Poor instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not use the washer or dryer but my wife does. We both agreed that the included owner manual was exceedingly POOR! We had them installed by the appliance dealer but she needed instruction on how to operate them. The Quick Setup sheet said we could access that online but that didn't work. Finally I got the link from your chat box but those manuals were essentially the same thing, with just a few extra pages. For what we paid and with Whirlpool's reputation I expected better. Now, am I supposed to print out the "Get To Know Your New ____" manuals? Registering the units was a pain too, couldn't do it online like you said I could, instead had to call. Then she tried to sell me an extended warranty! Disappointed so far.

Dream Machine
