Looks pretty but really noisey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washing machine recently replacing a 23 year old Whirlpool Duet which we loved and why we chose this unit. Unfortunately, the washing machine is not built the same, the unit is louder where before we couldn't hear it in the other room also there is the addition of a door panel on the front to access the drain pump filter, however when the washer is in spin cycle the little plastic door shutters relentlessly. I wish this wasn't the case and I was absolutely pleased with the unit like we had been for so long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the freshflow an the vent system.All so the front load is so easy too load.It wash very fast.It spins so fast the cloths comes out all most dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago to replace a previous model that had a bearing failure. Overall, we're happy with the purchase, but there are a few things that are frustrating. the control has some annoying features. it took several attempts to connect this to our wifi and the response time is very slow. the other negative is that you need to refill the soap dispenser for every load. our previous model only needed to be refilled every 5-7th cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only been using it for a week now but all seems great. I was told it is a standard height when I got it but it’s not. This caused a problem with the cabinet that goes around it. Whirlpools are 3/4 of an inch taller than standard. Fortunately we were able to add bigger wheels to raise the cabinet up the needed space.
The washer and dryer are now a beautiful addition to a perfect laundry room. I bought this set because my mother has them and they seem no like a great solid working set!

Upgrade!!
