Best washer and gets the job done fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s has been an amazing washer, Clothes are so clean and smells so fres. This washer has been getting the job don. I have been so happy with how fast this works and the washer doesn’t take long to wash the clothes. Makes my laundry and washing go by so fast. I wish I would have switch over sooner. This washer is amazing. We loved the washer so much we bought another for my mother in law.

Great product, loust product manual and guide

Model 5720 washer and dryer installed today. Nice looking, ran 3 loads through without a hitch, sort of! Every time we start either machine it requires some sort of a 10 second reset. Not sure what that is all about. Did not really want to use any internet set up but maybe that is the issue. It would be nice if manufacturers would not assume that everyone is AI savvy. The quick start guide sucks as do most of the instructions. More interested in the customer not electrocuting himself than actually running the product. The safety concerns are fine but mostly common sense. Would love to be able to disconnect the internet capability as it is useless to me. Unfortunately, every model on the floor of our dealer had that feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. The wife loves the fact she don't have to stand on her toes to get laundry out of the bottom of the washer now. Man is this washer quite dont even know it's running unless you in the room with it.

My best appliance purchase decision -

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this washer (and matching dryer) to replace a very old and reliable Kenmore washer and dryer due to age and increasing needs for service and repairs. My decision was based on features and the reputation of Whirlpool appliances, and I’m more than pleased with the outcome. The only difficulty I have had was due to a plumbing error in the installation of the wall mounted service box (supply and drain) during construction of my house - the drain is too low, and needed an anti-siphon break installed. The installation techs missed that one when they it’s were delivered, it took a couple of error codes to solve. Always pay attention to the instructions !
