Not impressed at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overly complicated and does a nominal job of cleaning the clothes. Most often they come out of the washer wetter than my old Whirlpool. It is a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Somewhat pleased

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this just over a month ago. It has been a relatively average product so far. I must say that I am surprised at how loud it is. I am glad that it is in my basement and not on the main level of my home. Today when I did a load of laundry and the cycle finished I went to put in another load and noticed that the dispenser slot for the fabric softener was still full. It was mainly just water being a slight bluish colour from the blue of the fabric softener. I emptied the watery liquid and my last two washes have been fine. I will be keeping an eye on it though. It’s disappointing that the machines don’t seem as sturdy as they once were. Even the machine doors seem very flimsy. You really have to slam them in order for them to catch and stay closed.

Extremely Disappointed and do not recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It vibrates so much and walk across the floor potentially pulling the hoses from the back of washer causing a flood. Does get enough water out of clothes even after running an extra spin...can not use powder detergent without it getting all over the rubber gasket wondering how much is really going into the wash. We use liquid and powder neither rinse well out the clothes, leaving them feeling full of soap; and no we do not overload on the soap! The 20/25 minute quick wash ran for only 10 minutes, begging the question how clean are the clothes! No interior light as I expected and no "add water" option. Had a different brand front load that lasted almost 14 years and decided to go back to Whirlpool as every other appliance we have is! So very disappointed!!! It is being returned and a different brand has been purchased. The appliance store we've bought from was great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Really like the whirlpool brand. Washes good and has great features. Only cons is that the machine itself is big but most are nowadays. The dry drum feature is what made my decision in buying this machine, however, it does take four hours to run, which I was not expecting.
