Great style and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new washer Model # WFW5720RR for about a month now and have had no issues. Washer is very quiet and efficient. Many options available for what I am washing-washing temperature, speed of spin cycle, soil level. Exterior is very sleek.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Whirlpool Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Whirlpool Energy Star washer last month, because my old washer was giving us problems with cycle wash being unbalance and lots of noise during wash cycle. I am very please how quiet the washer is in the wash cycle and I love the way it is sensor by touch and tells you to hold it until the the symbol to start comes on. Another benefit is a service contract is in place for future repairs.

Very Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regret buying this product. Instructions are terrible. You can find information online, but it's aggravating and time consuming. Talking to a chatbot was also aggravating and time consuming. Customer service is horrible. Also, machine loads get out of balance easily and I end up doing extra loads and adding extra small clothes gratuitously just to avoid a load getting unbalanced.

Too water efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn't use enough water to wash clothes. My detergent dispenser never empties completely in wash cycle, which means soup is getting in rinse cycle so i always use the extra rinse cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Compact size

I have found many of the washers today have a very large footprint but this washer is the perfect size to fit in a closet or anywhere space is limited.
The only downside is I find that the cycle times are much longer than any other washer I’ve owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this installed last week and have done about a half a dozen loads so far and am still learning all the settings. The tub is much larger than my old washer so I can wash a few more clothes at a time and they are clean and fresh smelling. The unit is quiet and you can barely hear it working. I would say my only want with this washer so far is the limited operating instructions to get the best use of each feature.
