Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to replace our washer which died after only 9 years. Planned obsolescence. Ridiculous. We only went with Whirlpool to match closely with the existing dryer. Not all that happy with the washer. The spin cycle is EXTREMELY loud. We’ve had for only a month or so, and I have had to pause the wash cycle to rebalance everything. I never had to do that with my previous wash machine. At our previous home, we had Maytag that was still working at 25 years. And this “new” Whirlpool is progress? I think not!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought washer about 3 weeks ago. We leveled it up and when the spin cycle kicks in it shakes the whole laundry room and rooms around. It was installed on a pedestal from previous machine, so not sure if that’s the issue. I am afraid to use the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exceptional washer with great features.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After two months I'm very pleased with my new washer. It has a large capacity for lots of towels and clothing and cleans everything quickly and completely. It is so quite I hardly notice it running. I've only used the basic features so far and look forward to trying everything when the need arises. I added a pedestal which makes adding and removing loads so much easier. It was easy to add to my home network and I like the notification it sends when the wash is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I'd like to say that the delivery and service installation was superb! Thanks guys! Next I'd like to say that this Whirlpool washer is awesome! The features, sanitize, steam, clean washer, dryer washer, I love every single feature and it is so easy. I have to say though that it would have been much easier to understand how to use all those features had that information been included with the machine. I had to go search online for that particular model to see how to use all of them and still cannot believe using the model and serial # on your website did not produce what information I was looking for. So all in all I'll say this washer is worth it. I look forward to many good years using this excellent washing machine.

Manual lacking info

We’ve purchased the 5720 model and clearly a deficit feature is the lack of details in the manual that came with it. E.g. how does one pause it to add garments? Once the cycle has begun?! Otherwise it is working well

So Far So Good
