[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I didnt buy this dryer, each time I want to use it and I press the start button it keeps on getting on “reset” mode, I have to hold the starts button for 10 seconds and sometimes starts after that, or sometimes doesnt, thenI I have to “reset it” several times,I wish I could return it, It is not worth it, sometimes I loud the dryer and Ithinks it measures the wetness and it only works for 10 minutes, leaving the clothes wet, and then I have to do everuthing again, Dont Buy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has very low vision and cannot read the screens. The upper button keeps asking us to do things not mentioned in the instructions. We need more detail to figure out how to start the dryer. Can we use the the electronic control and how does it work??

Poor quality control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into a new build condo and I was not able used the dryer. The dryer had a faulty switch on a brand new unit. The technician was schedule from the warranty but had to reschedule due to parts not instock. I had not been able to used something I had purchased for almost a month.
