Too complicated/controls/start process

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too complicated to get to proper settings. Does not dry thoroughly unless I take time to change setting. I still cannot figure out to even start up a cycle without at least 3 tries. No appliance book/instructions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit several months ago to replace a stacked washer/dryer combo. This unit has a larger capacity, and includes a number of features that allow for attention to very specific fabrics.
I would recommend this to a friend!
