Lack of directions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The directions are not intuitive. The dryer itself is great if you can figure out how to use it. I will be calling Whirlpool for help. The moisture sensor is turning the dryer off long before the clothes are dry. It could well be operator error. However, I cannot figure out if I am doing something wrong using the directions. I most likely will change the rating once I speak with someone at Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Well-Designed Dryer that is Energy Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent dryer. It dries this first time around and does it very well. It fits perfectly into our laundry room. It is well designed and energy efficient. We both love it. It's the best. We have owned Whirlpool appliances for decades. Whoever engineered this dryer, did a very good job.

Nice dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the dryer. It works well and dries different types of clothing properly. I like the variety of settings and especially the Wrinkle Shield. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the instructions are not very clear so it is a learning curve to figure out the proper settings on the control panel. It is also a little annoying to have to hold the start button for 30 seconds each time but that's not a deal breaker.

Wonderful Dryer
