Does not dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have constantly had to add time to the end of cycles for them to dry adequately.Our clothes have shrunk despite drying for less time on low heat. The wrinkle guard means nothing - the clothes all still come out wrinkled
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my New Whirlpool Dryer

Pain to use

I should have paid to have the duet dryer fixed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] feels tinny and cheap (used to have whirlpool duet dryer) controls are tedious bottom of door is too low to leave laundry basket in front of dryer end of cycle signal on full loud is inaudible anywhere but in laundry room. Duet was waaaaay louder. time to end of cycle counts down to zero, then adds 10 minutes. This means multiple trips to the basement because it's not clear whether the 10 minutes were added yet or not.
I should have paid to have the duet dryer fixed because this one is cheap crap.

HATE DIGITAL ... !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought this Dryer ... I wanted one with NO digitals . However, I was not feeling well that day and not thinking . I HATE the "turn on and off and all the choices" ... on digital . esp the part when I say REGULAR ... it show MED with a time .... clicking once goes to Normal ... Seems to me ... that Med and Normal should be the same thing. Then the next, I believe was MORE then MORE .... or whatever. I like to SEE all my choices with out going from one to another . Too confusing ... so sorry that I did not notice the digital on this machine.

Stupid dryer! American made should be better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "Gosh I hate this stupid thing!" Even when set to timed dry and auto setting is most dry, the sensor shuts the load off while clothes are damp. Yes the machine is level and no the dryer is not over loaded. Owner's manual did not cover these settings and your website was a royal pain to navigate trying to find the directions. Should have bought anything else!
