[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dryer works great. the only reason I gave it a 4 star is because on how you have to turn it on. It was confusing at first having to hold the one button for 10 seconds then when to press the button that starts the dryer. If you don't hit the sequence correctly you have to start all over again. Other than that is works great.

Not a good purchase

It worked for one load and started resetting again. Thankfully Judd and Black is letting me replace it.
