[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is Patricia, not Sebastian. First of all, there are 12 different cycles on this dryer and probably half of them do the same thing. So, unfortunately you "Cheaped out" on putting a light blub inside the drum. I can honestly say I wouldn't have bought this dryer if I had known. I have left items in the dryer because they blended in with the dryer. Very annoying. It's a big deal with me and makes me wonder where else you might have gone cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So disappointed/frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my dryer for 3 1/2 weeks. I was happy with it in the beginning but now I have to do a soft reboot with every load. I have tried the hard reboot twice but it didn't help. Today I have the hassle of calling the appliance store and trying to get it fixed or replaced. Today I would say I am never buying another whirlpool appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
