Soft Start Button Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size of dryer. I don’t like the soft start button , a hard button would have been better the dryer tends to have to go to a RESET mode of a countdown to 10 to start then it goes to an hour glass and then you have to press start again. Also, you cannot cancer a cycle and switch to time dry.

Terrible experience so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not work well. I have to do a "soft reset" every single time I try to use it. Called Whirlpool, but the person there was no help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Had to change the direction of the door opening. 3 different sized and type of hardware used, so they didn't make it easy.
Really wish a real live person was available for a phone support question.
Instead the phone number is difficult to find and it didn't have a 'Speak to a representative' option.
