Great appliance. Hate the insurance sales method.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the dryer is working as expected, the practice of placing a deceptive sticker resembling a warranty warning to solicit insurance sales is unethical and a poor business strategy. This tactic is a waste of consumer time and preys on vulnerable individuals. Sad thing is all manufacturers do it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice machine. We tried to get the simplest one we could find. The only thing we don't like is that you have to hold the on/off button while it does some kind of countdown.

Perfect set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a very large set that came with my house of another brand. I had a Whirlpool duet at my last house that was still going at 15 years, so I wanted to come back to Whirlpool. I love this one because it has just enough settings without being too much. I don't like alot of features that I won't use. This one is just right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this a couple of weeks and am happy with it so far. I do wish the instruction manual did a better job explaining the multitude of settings and features. (I know I can probably look it up on line but I'm old school and would prefer it be included in the written guide. I also miss the Troubleshooting section.)
