[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this a couple of weeks and am happy with it so far. I do wish the instruction manual did a better job explaining the multitude of settings and features. (I know I can probably look it up on line but I'm old school and would prefer it be included in the written guide. I also miss the Troubleshooting section.)

No dryer light and controls and timers are poorly.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

looks pretty...difficult to use

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I have really liked this dryer. My hope is this appliance will last longer than three years as my Electrolux dryer only lasted that long and it was quite a lemon during that period of time. We really need to make our appliances last decades if possible so that we have less garbage in our landfills. I would hope as a company your goal is that instead of having us buy new products every 5 to 7 years to make more money. I know my idea is altruistic, but my hope is that companies will understand the importance of reducing our destruction of the environment overtime.
