[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since one month has passed, the dryer operates much quieter than my old Kenmore model and has easy to choose cycle dials. However the one missing thing is an inside light when opening the door as our old model had. When both washer and dryer were delivered the doors opening are opposite each other. I scheduled a service appointment to have the dryer door taken off and changed so it opens from the right side but no one showed up that day. Could be too soon to fully rate this model - best to ask again in 6 months.

Operations. I have found the factory settings work great for most items. I have not had the machine run the full time that first shows up, it modifies it to what the load needs after it is running. The key pad is sensitive and works great. Very happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 23.5 year older dryer from the same manufacture different brand. This dryer was void of two typical features: an interior light so you can see what is inside the dryer and a cancel button. Very dissapointing that essentially have 23.5 years there has been little improvement to the dryer and yet the funtions have down graded.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this dryer a month ago and its very easy to use. I dont even habe to read the instructions to use this dryer. It never came out wet so I really like this dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
