Poor Documentation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so frustrated with the dryer and washer. I have found no documentation showing what the information being displayed indicates. Why is it saying to load garments while it is running?

Dries fast!

The buttons took a minute to get used to but it dries my clothes fast and I love that the app will notify me when it’s done so I can take them out. It’s super convenient that I don’t have to keep getting up to check the dryer instead I get a notification when I’m in bed watching tv waiting for my clothes to finish drying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Features; Quality Workmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer came with the new-construction house I bought last week. I’ve used it just once so far, but its features and operation are very much better than the unit I left behind in my old house. The controls are intuitive, and provide all the functions I will need going forward. Appears to be well made. Very glad this is what the builder chose. Go Whirlpool!

Inexpensive washer and dryer with problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing I can say about these machines is that they work. They are a real pain to start , frustrating holding buttons down and have them count to 10 and then again holding down to start. Another plus was the price, however I would not purchase these models again. No instructions on the cheap soap dispenser in the set up manual.
