When my old dryer needed costly repairs and I decided to get a new one, I asked the repairman which brand was most dependable. He recommended Whirlpool!

No Manual???

No HELP when trying to reconfigure settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and turning it on the first time made an error going from English to Spanish for the instructions on the machine. Cannot find "help" anywhere in the Manual and asking the AI chat "help" for assistance if fruitless. Does NOT give time to type in the issue before asking another question. VERY FRUSTRATED ... the machine does work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Glue in the drum?

Not really sure yet how well it will work in the long term but the dryer that I received has dripping glue in the drum… will be calling them tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great. Quiet and efficient. The features are easy to use, and the lint filter is easy to clean. However, when drying on low, I occasionally need to add a timed dry cycle to the end to get clothes fully dry.
I would recommend this to a friend!
