Good overall experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the overall features of this dryer. We are still trying out different cycle options to match what type of load we are going. The moisture sensor doesn't work too well especially on towels, the dryer will shut off even though the towels are still damp. Most loads the dryer works well. So overall this is a good dryer but there is definitely a learning curve for heavy loads

Don’t count on the warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked fine for 9 months. The dryer stopped getting hot. Still under warranty and Whirlpool is unable to send a technical to make the repair. They want me to identify a technician that can make the repair and they will “reimburse” me for the expense. I don’t know how I can find a technician to work on their machine if they can’t find one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Recommend this Dryer to Everyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new home and this is the appliance the building community chose to install. We were prepared to bring our own appliance into the build until we realized the quality of this dryer. The dryer has enough space to comfortably dry large items and great sensors to indicate it is dry. The sensors it utilizes saves energy by finishing the cycle before it's full cycle time. Do not foresee any issues from this unit and very happy with it.

Sensors are on the money
