I am not happy with the ‘Smart’ features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has too many digital features. The ability to change the temperature and time of drying is difficult. The pad to press is very finicky! I miss my old Whirlpool dryer. I do not like these ‘smart’ features. My towels were not dry on the heavy dry towel setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No real issues other than the cycles seem more complicated than necessary. Taking me longer than it should to figure out how long to put different fabrics in. I don't enjoy removing a load where everything feels dry, then discovering a damp waistband, collar, or towel. Older machines were so much simpler...and simple is always better.

Don't buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give zero stars if I could. The first time I used my brand new washer and dryer it gave me an error code of 'soft reset'. We attempted to unplug and plug to reset but it didn't go away. And then the dryer wouldn't stay on at all. We returned them and got ourselves a GE washer and dryer and they are awesome!

Door is NOT reversable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer works great. My only issue is the door...you can't reverse it. Both my washer and dryer have the door opening in the same direction. I had to put a rug in front of the appliances in case any clean clothes fall on the floor while I'm trying to transfer the clothes to this dryer. This is a first for me. I've NEVER heard of an appliance that does not have a reversable door. Lesson learned. I'm going to try to sell my dryer, it's just a pain transfering the laundry.
