unfriendly to anyone under 6ft 4in tall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago to replace similar model from 20 years ago. same basic machine, reliable, but the new one has a serious flaw. where the old control panel had LEDs that indicate which cycle is selected, the new model has a know that has to line up with printed lines. my wife is 5ft 2in, and now cannot tell which cycle is selected. I'm 5'11" and can barely see it. you'd think that the new model with a screen would show the cycle name, but no, not at all friendly to short people. shows how stupid it is to abandon old tech that works for new tech that's poorly implemented.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for washing clothes. Operates flawlessly. One exception we found it takes a long time to do a comforter even with the agitator removed. We’ll see if we get any better at it in the future

Great dryer, heard to learn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had all of our Whirlpool appliances for over a month now. The dryer is easy to use, once you get used to using it. my biggest problem with learning is the sequence to turn on and then start the dryer. My wife and I both have had a hard time learning that we have to press quick to turn on, then press and hold the play button to start the cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
