Solid performer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new washer and dryer two weeks ago, so far I am happy with it some things I do not like is they are both pretty loud for my liking we have a laundry room and even with the doors shut you can still hear them running.

Difficult to use and does not dry well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Neither my wife nor I can figure out how to make this dryer work properly. Its delicates cycle does not get clothes dry, and it is darn near impossible to add time to the cycle. And once you figure that out, it still did not dry the item. We're hanging it up to dry.
The cumbersome start up procedure is a mess. Wish we had the old 1998 GE Profile Dryer back!

A Little Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this dryer a couple of weeks ago. I'm a little disappointed on how long it takes to dry items especially towels. Unfortunately I don't think the new washer helps...it doesn't seem to spin them dry enough as my old Kenmore/Whirlpool did.
