Brand New Dryer Doesn't Get Hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed by Warners' Stellian (Coon Rapids, MN location) on 8/15/25 and does not get hot. At all.
WS cannot come to "repair" our new dryer until 9/3/25.

Is this an issue from Whirpool's manufacturing or a Warners' Stellian issue? Either way, installing a faulty BRAND NEW DRYER is asinine. Wilding frustrating and annoyed with both Whirpool and W.S.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dryer is AMAZING!!

My old dryer took almost 2 hours to dry my towels, the same towels/same amount in this dryer takes only 40 minutes. I love that it senses how much time is actually needed. I wish I would have bought this sooner. It has been such a time saver.
