[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not able to drain grass, small pieces of dirt thru holes of the washer drum. I should not have to turn the washer on again after transferring clothes to dryer. Cost too much for the shelf riser. Liked the Duet better as not as fancy and lasted 20 years. Sure this one hold up but disappointing that my husband has to shake out clothes after mowing & trimming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Initially, I was skeptical about using the accompanying app for remote control, thinking it might be an unnecessary feature. However, I’ve found that it's incredibly convenient and has quickly become one of my favorite aspects of the appliance. The ability to start, stop, and monitor cycles right from my phone has truly transformed my laundry experience. It's a complete game-changer that makes managing my laundry so much easier!

Honestly I chose whirlpool because the model was front loading and the color I wanted was available. To my surprise, they perform very well. The spin cycle is so strong, I had to lower it to medium.
