Defective dryer

Great and simple features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we tried our new dryer and washer from whirlpool and its fantastic. You can connect it wirelessly via app to check for the remaining time and all. Keeping all our clothes clean and dry.

Fast and great features

I also like the app notification of when it’s done. Don’t have to rely on a timer. Do wish that the WiFi connection stayed connected after power down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this is a great machine. I like the fact that it is very quiet and has a flat top for folding clothes as soon as they come out of the dryer. I bought Whirlpool, because that brand has always served me well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appears operational having a unit before for 15 years but was unable to get correct parts. This unit has more options and not a clear manual to resolve issues like internet and finding the correct app to download ??

A few issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, the dryer is great. There are times where I've had to start the dryer several times to fully dry a load of clothes. I've also had the timer on the dryer go from the start of load (57 mins for example) to 0 in a time span of 5 mins. This has happened several times.
I would recommend this to a friend!
