bamboozled. Must Read !

First, let me say this stove is not on floor anywhere. so you have to rely on the sales rep and. research. The problem is all of the research and sales rep say that the microwave connects to the stove and when you put a pot on the stove, as long as you get a "bespoke range and microwave". It's called auto connectivity. I purchased both for this feature. This is not the case. LIES!! I feel bamboozled. This was one of the main features I wanted, Then,I was also told about the induction cookware promotion. Great, right? NOPE! I have been chasing Samsung since September ( I was approved for the code.) we are going into Christmas, still nothing. Now let's talk about the range. I do like the induction that's about it, The controls could be better I don't like the sliding method for the oven It does not work and I find myself tapping constantly a it's a huge nuisance. I don't know why they didn't put a number /control pad, or at least the option. in the app. The control panel is extremely sensitive and if you tap it in any way while cooking, it will change the temperature/ setting or turn off. They reconfigured the duo flex so now the top oven. has more room than the bottom oven. I don't like this change. I've had to recalibrate my oven multiple times already. I originally had a duo flex electric range. 0 problems. She still works 9 years later It is currently sitting in my garage. I'm contemplating installing her back and getting rid of the range. Oh, in the microwave didn't work from day 1 I've had to replace. When I was shopping for new appliances, I was on the fence between Samsung and GE. I'm really kicking myself for not going GE. Samsung really dropped the ball on this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Jenn,

It’s really frustrating when expectations based on research and sales advice don't match the reality, especially after you’ve made a purchase based on a specific feature you were excited about, like the auto-connectivity between the stove and microwave. We would love to help and provide clarity.

This Samsung range model can connect to the SmartThings app as well as most Bespoke microwave over-the-range models. Most over-the-range microwave models can detect when heat is generated underneath and this triggers the vent fans to turn on automatically. However, a direct connection between this range and a Bespoke over-the-range microwave is not possible since this range is not equipped with a Bluetooth device.

There are some cooktops (not range) that have this feature (connected cooking) to connect with a range hood (not over-the-range microwave) via Bluetooth. The cooktop model NA36N7755TS and range hood model NK30K7000WS have this feature that automatically syncs fans and lights with cooktop burners. For more context, I have shared a Samsung link below.

A range hood will not pair with a cooktop or range:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01203249/

The control panel is comparable to the touch screen of smartphones that use a capacitive touchscreen. Here are a few reasons why it may feel sensitive:

1. Water or moisture on your hands can change the electrical conductivity, making it difficult for the touchscreen to register touches accurately on the flip side it can also make the control panel sensitive.

2. Moisture as a Larger Contact Area: Wet skin spreads across a larger surface area than dry skin when you touch the screen, allowing for more contact with the screen. This can cause multiple points of contact to be registered, even if you only meant to touch one part of the screen.

While this increased sensitivity can occasionally lead to unintended or excessive screen reactions, it can also lead to quicker and more accurate detection in certain cases — but often with less control. This is why it’s common for touchscreens to be less reliable or unpredictable when wet.

Beautiful AND functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful stove. I chose the flex oven because it's predecessor was a double and I loved it. I mostly use the whole oven but around the holidays am sure both upper and lower will get much use. I like that the divider comes out if you have something that needs "head room" like a large turkey. I have used the bread proof and air fry settings which are awesome. I tried convection but food was too brown so mostly use the bake setting. And bonus - there is a small drawer at the bottom that the oven divider & air fry basket fit in nicely (my last oven had no drawer). For the stove top, the only thing I wish they did differently is put the small burner in front. The huge burner is up front and I rarely use it. It is induction & the user manual mentions using pots/pans with larger bottoms that overlap the burner marking/ring and none of my cookware is that big. I use the smallest one most of the time which is in back and kind of a stretch to hold the handle and stir etc. esp if you have something on the front small burner. Also, for both, I wish there was a number pad to set the timer. Using the arrows/slide bar for each minute (tap tap tap.. or slide slide) is annoying to me, but if you hold the arrow down it eventually speeds through (like setting an old fashioned digital clock radio).

Best Range I have ever had!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been very afraid to give up my gas range. But let me tell you, this is the best decision I ever made. My husband surprised me with this new Samsung Bespoke and I can’t believe how wonderful it is! Cooking is a breeze and clean up has never been so easy! I love the induction cooktop, and the range has so many different options, It’s wonderful. The oven is so easy to use, and I love how I can set the oven temperature on my way home with my phone and it will send me a text message when it has reached the appropriate. temperature. I’ve had this range for approximately six months now, and I love it more every time I use it!
I don’t think I will ever go back to Gas! In fact, I told my husband, if we move, I’m taking the range with me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here’s a polished, friendly review you can use as-is or tweak to sound more like you:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I absolutely love my new Samsung induction range. It has truly improved the way I cook—everything heats quickly, evenly, and with much more control than my old stove. The induction cooktop is incredibly responsive, which makes everyday cooking easier and more enjoyable.
The air fryer feature is a huge bonus and gets food crispy without needing extra oil, and the convection bake option has shortened cooking times by 25%.

worst experience with samsung

Samsung is not responsible for any warranty.
buy Whirlpool or Frigidaire or other brands that respond to the warranty, do not wash your hands with ridiculous things like cockroaches that damaged the entire system
Other brands do work on any indoor insect, if not, let me know.

Modern day Star Trek kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here are my initial impressions on my new Samsung range. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency the day after it was delivered and had to go out of town for a couple days so my experience with the range is not as extensive as I would like it to be. That being said-here are my thoughts:
I have been using the SmartThings App for other Samsung devices, it provides a uniform interface across multiple kitchen appliances. On the range I have, the functionality is more limited than I would like, but I don’t know if it can be improved since there is safety issues with being able to actually control different energy output.
The Ambient Edge Lighting feature is interesting but somewhat dim. It makes a cosmetic difference only, I don’t have any real feelings about its actual functionality yet. Perhaps when I’ve used it longer I may grow to appreciate its ability to visually indicate the status of the range.
So far the Anti-Scratch Matte Glass Cooktop has been easy to clean. Any food that splatters wipes up easily with a damp cloth. I don’t plan on testing its anti-scratch capabilities intentionally in the near future.
I haven’t had an opportunity to use the Air Sous Vide feature yet, but the air fryer has been very useful in being able to air fry an entire bag of sweet potato fries in a single layer. It heats up exceptionally fast and has a very even temperature across the entire width of the rack.
I don’t hear anything so the Dual Noise Cancellation is working well. I have used other induction ranges where I hear a substantial hum and this one has been absolutely silent. The only thing you hear is the crackling of the food cooking. Of course my Samsung dishwasher is equally noiseless, Samsung definitely has an A+ in sound management.
The first three hours after receiving it I ran the self clean function to burn off any residual manufacturing coatings and I must say the aroma was rather strong. I don’t know if I can run the self cleaning with the racks in place, I did not this first time.
I like the idea of the steam clean, I tend to be somewhat lazy and having a quick touchup cleaning is appealing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a techie by any means, so when we got this Range, I thought it would be too complicated to use. Boy, was I wrong! The touch sensor controls took me about 10 seconds to figure out, it does so much but the toughest part is figuring out what you wanna do – not how to do it. I have used gas range is my whole life because I love how fast and responsive they are. I have to tell you, this range is as fast if not faster than the gas ranges I’ve used. Water boils incredibly fast on the boost mode and the precision in maintaining low heat level is not to be believed. The bridge between the two left burners makes using a griddle so pleasurable, I’m cooking pancakes and sausage for breakfast all the time. There are no hotspots, the heat is so even across the whole surface. Speaking of surface, cleanup on this is ridiculously easy only requiring a damp cloth. I have yet to find any food baked on. Moving onto the oven, I can’t wait to cook a standing rib roast because it’s ability to cook a lower temperature gives me the option of doing a reverse sear which is difficult to do in an oven that does not reach lower temperatures and maintain them accurately. So far the steam cleaning feature has worked great although I’ve had very little splatters. Because the lower element is concealed everything wipes off from that area easily. I don’t know much about this quiet cooking, but I don’t hear anything. All in all – if you’ve never had an induction range before, you cannot go wrong with this one!

The Future of Cooking
on May 16, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Samsung oven, and I must say, it felt like stepping into the future. The sleek induction countertop not only looks impressive but also performs exceptionally well.
One of the standout features for me was the variety of cooking functions available. Being Italian, I have a special affinity for pizza, and the dedicated pizza function, complete with a specific setting for the stone, delighted me to no end.
Initially, I encountered a minor confusion with the oven's startup message, but after the first use, it disappeared, and I haven't seen it since.
Comparing it to my previous gas range, the Samsung oven delivered a noticeable improvement in performance. Despite my initial skepticism, it outperformed my gas oven in cooking pizza, and the induction countertop proved to be a breeze to clean and quick to heat up.
Experimenting with the various power levels on the countertop, I was pleasantly surprised by its versatility, from rapid boiling to gentle defrosting to precise cooking at medium heat.
The design is not just aesthetically pleasing but also practical, with a clean, modern look and touch panels for both the cooktop and oven. The black color adds a professional touch to my kitchen and complements any future design changes.
Although I've only had the oven for a short time, I've already cooked a variety of dishes, including pizza, spaghetti, fish, vegetables, and sauces.
The intuitive touch controls, complemented by the edge light, provide clear feedback from a distance, indicating when the unit is in operation.
Overall, I highly recommend the Samsung oven based on its ease of cleaning and precision cooking capabilities.
As for improvements, I would suggest enhancing the edge light functionality to provide different colors for each cooking phase and a flashing notification when cooking is complete. Perhaps there are additional functions I have yet to discover, as I continue to explore the oven's features daily.
