Looks great in my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Induction heating is the most energy-efficient range-top way to cook, and Samsung's Duo Bespoke Range does so with a sleek and elegant appearance. No knobs to clean around and the matte finish range top should keep it looking new indefinitely. Dual ovens with separate controls will be a time saver most of the time when multiple dishes need to be baked, but the oven sizes are not adjustable, e.g., to accommodate a larger Thanksgiving turkey in one oven and dessert or side dish baking in the other. One note of concern: The 1-hour bakeout at 400 degrees that Samsung's "Simple User Manual" specifies you do "Before you begin" baking in the oven should be performed at the factory rather than in the customer's kitchen. The concentration of PM2.5 pollutants emitted that my air quality meter detected was significant and if not vented efficiently, indoor air quality will quickly become "Very Unhealthy," i.e., greater than 200 US AQI.

“Not too old, to teach an old lady new tricks!”

After replacing a 2 burner propane top with an induction top, in condo out of country, I came home and bought this range. Being, 81, I wasn’t initially happy that the only included instructions were for installing! So, I pursued the internet to help me get “cookin!” After a couple of hours and accidental touching various areas, I succeeded in cooking my first item. We planned to air fry that evening, so again, I played around until successfully finding that feature. Since day one, I am more confident and plan meals and baking with less stress. I am very pleased with my range and highly recommend it.
I only give it 4 stars because there are NO instructions on how to begin using this beautiful range!
I would recommend this to a friend!

But does not damage either the pot nor the range
I bought the new Samsung induction touchscreen range
Dealt with 🌟 Kumar 🌟 he was great. The Range is awesome.
Added a photo of hot oil cooking on my induction range with a silicon mat underneath the skillet just to show how awesome induction is

Bad Control panel

We like the stove but hate the control panel. Every time we lean on or try to wipe the top it ends up either turning off or turning on something.

Beautiful stove, but working with service

Beautiful range, have used the oven but yet to use the stovetop. I’m currently waiting for service to fix a F0 error. They haven’t given us the option to schedule a repair on our time, it’s only been this time frame and if you’re not home it doesn’t get fixed (basically). We rescheduled and they came on the original date not the rescheduled date.
I bought this on Black Friday, and received a week later but I haven’t been able to use the stove top since its arrival unfortunately. I have unplugged and hit the breakers, but nothing. I have proper induction pans such as cast iron and it works for a minute then displays the error code. Bummer.
I have high hopes, all my appliances are Samsung and have yet to encounter an issue! With that being said when the service finally happens, I’m sure it will be amazing. Being that the oven works great with the many features it has I think it’s fair to give a 2 rating since a 2.5 is not available.

I am impressed with using the app to start my oven and turning on the oven light as well as the ambient lighting! It cooks quickly, and the feature that blows my husband's mind (and mine!) is the boost cooking. Oh, so fast! When I need to clean up spills, it comes up easily, and you don't get burned. Buy this range. You need it in your life!
