Terrific Smart Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bespoke Induction Flex Duo range. I am impressed with using the app to start my oven and turning on the oven light as well as the ambient lighting! It cooks quickly, and the feature that blows my husband's mind (and mine!) is the boost cooking. Oh, so fast! When I need to clean up spills, it comes up easily, and you don't get burned. Buy this range. You need it in your life!

Fantastic Range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic Range! Once you get use to the new controls for the cooktop you are good to go. The new textured cooktop is a major plus. The oven is top notch. I only use convection and air fry, and it does a great job. This range was replacing and older induction range by another manufacture and I must admit this range is a much better built and solid unit. Not tin and flimsy. I do like the upfront controls for the cooktop, but they do take some getting used to. Especially if you were always reaching to the back. So, give it a chance. I know some people are complaining the clock does not stay on, but it is facing up and not forward so you can't see it when not using the range anyway. This unit also has SmartThings!!!! My whole kitchen and laundry are all Smart Things now and sure is nice to have things communicate to let you know when finished or needs a cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fast cooking made easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was originally skeptical about using an induction cooktop. After using it I really like it. It heats faster than my old electric. The oven provides quick preheating and even temperatures. Where has this been? Makes cooking enjoyable.

Love the convenience of an induction oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great oven! We love the convenience and practicality of an induction oven. We were not familiar with one before we purchased this unit. Water boils quickly and the stovetop cools down quickly as well. It is extremely nice and exactly what we were looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven light died 2 months after I got it. The range controls always get dirty and if by mistake you touch them with a rag or anything they will change the settings or simply turn off.

Great... except for one thing

I got this flex duo induction range to match my new Samsung fridge. I love everything about it except the control panel. It's black glass with no markings or lights to show where to turn it on. If I get up early in the morning and want to turn the stove on, it's impossible to see where to turn it on, I have to turn on the kitchen lights which bothers others. There should be very tiny LEDs showing where the power buttons are for the stove and oven. There used to be a tiny LED above where it says Wifi but it's gone after about 1 month.
Besides that, everything is great.

Nice Double Oven, Great Cooktop, Mediocre Details

First the PROS:
1) We love the look of it and the double oven feature is super. Years ago we had a different range with two ovens this similar size (not with "flex", just permanently divided). Having the small upper oven on the prior range was awesome and I'm guessing it will be with this one as well. So often the things we bake fit into a smaller space; takes less time to pre-heat and uses less energy compared to using the big oven The Flex feature seems cool but time will tell how often we take out the divider.
2) The controls are intuitive and easy to use. I liked the look of the one with the knobs but my wife preferred this one with no knobs. She was right, it looks great and will be easier to clean than knobs.
3) Glide drawer with ball bearings. Awesome for heavy/awkward items. More safe too.
4) The arrangement of the induction elements is thoughtfully arranged for people who actually cook.
5) The induction burners are super powerful. We've been using one of those counter top induction cooktop plates for years. We thought our counter top thing rocked (faster than our gas stove) but this unit blows it away in terms of power and speed.
6) Looks great!

Another example is that the top door of the oven doesn't open to a full horizontal. So when you pull out the glide drawer it bumps into the door part way through it's glide.

Lastly, it's got all this WIFI and smart app stuff. We likely will not use the "Smart" features and not even hook it up to our WIFI so cannot comment on those features.
