Nice features and cooks fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our Samsung induction range for about 8 months now. I'm 100% satisfied with the stove top material. Very easy to clean and not scratches or difficult to remove stains like our past few electric stove tops. The induction heats very fast. However, I did find that a large pot of water does take awhile to come to a boil and even longer to develop a rolling boil. Still for 90% of our cooking it's extremely fast. The split oven heats very fast and I've found that its quicks quicker maybe too quick. I do have the middle insert but I use the top oven for pretty much everything. I recently purchased an oven thermometer. I ran a test setting the over at 350. 10 minutes after it said it hit 350 the thermometer was showing 400. 30 minutes later it was showing close to 350 so it seems to overshoot the temp and then eventually adjust. More test to come. I like the built in air fryer. It is very convenient. The included air fry tray it a pain to clean. The controls can be fickle. Their al touch so you want to have clean and dry fingers. There are times where it reacts as soon as I touch them and others where I have rest my finger on the control for a little longer. I found when cleaning the control areas with a paper towel I might wipe over the power button and either the range or oven will turn off. Overall a few of the quirks takes a little getting used to but I would purchase again. One nice plus is that I found that I can control the lights for the range and microwave through Alexa. A negative is there is no backsplash cover and seems a bit pricey for a piece of sheet metal.

Quick Boil- Time saved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The conduction stove top is great. Plenty of room to cook bigger or smaller pots and pans. The quick boil feature saves alot of time. Having the dual oven provides flexibility to cook multiple things at the same time that need different temperatures. Highly recommend.

We've had our inducton oven for 6mos now. I can truly say this is game changer. The induction feature is amazing. Boils water in less than 2 minutes. And if your boil gets out of control, turning the "temperature" down, IMMEDIATELY brings down the boil. The oven is the same cooks food evenly and fast. The air frier is a great feature too. So far so good. We love this oven and it looks great too.

Poor product quality

I got this stove, my wife was very happy to have it, but after almost six months, the countertops where the cooking is done started to peeling paint I called customer service and they told me they didn't cover that problem. I'm disappointed; all my devices at home are Samsung, and I think it's very poor how they try to keep customers satisfied. (I'm not happy with this problem that they didn't solved)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great... except for one thing

I got this flex duo induction range to match my new Samsung fridge. I love everything about it except the control panel. It's black glass with no markings or lights to show where to turn it on. If I get up early in the morning and want to turn the stove on, it's impossible to see where to turn it on, I have to turn on the kitchen lights which bothers others. There should be very tiny LEDs showing where the power buttons are for the stove and oven. There used to be a tiny LED above where it says Wifi but it's gone after about 1 month.
Besides that, everything is great.

Fancy Hot Stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our new range last week and first I would like to say that it's probably fancier than I should own. It's got a lot of features that I'm still getting used to and trying to play with. So far, I love the ability to connect it to my Samsung smart things app and control things from my phone. I work from home and if I'm stuck in a meeting, that comes in super handy. WARNING: Make sure you have the correct cookware. I was not aware that induction tops need specific pots/pans. Thankfully my cookware is compatible and we were able to use the range right away. Beware of how much faster things cook and bake. You will definitely have to keep an eye on your cookies as they will be ready to eat a few minutes earlier than you're used to. Absolutely love the ability to make my crispy bacon and my honey butter biscuits at the same time using the double oven so all of breakfast is ready and warm at the same time! Still going through all the available functions, but we're absolutely loving it!

Now we're cooking!

My bread from scratch turned out beautiful after using the bread proofing option. Tip: Make sure you remove the divider to expose the extra options. Can't wait to use some of the other functions we've recently discovered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always considered myself a good cook however retiring that and replacing with great cook thanks to this incredible stove. I guess when you’re used to second best you cook second best. I absolutely love this stove , just the time save alone is worth its weight in gold. When you boil a lot of water for pasta, rice and noodles something that took 15 minutes now takes less than 5 it’s shocking and pleasantly surprising. Connecting the stove to app was also effortless and helpful . I got to buy all new cookware which was nice and the even cooking is not only a plus but makes everything taste so much better. I made a brown gravy that turned out better than I’ve ever made it in 30 years. In fact I’d bet anything you couldn’t find not even a tiny clump of flour. Even my husband complimented how wonderful it was. I used the air fryer to make chicken wings the were as better than restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. I can’t imagine ever not being a thousand percent pleased with the stove. It’s absolutely not just a stove but a piece of art. All I can say is thank you to the company for such a well built well designed product!
