The cameras work great for the most part however they freeze up at times. They don't always capture the events that we need them too and they sometimes go blurry. Yet they do serve for what we need.

I bought this 2 weeks ago. The set up was simple plug and play. The most time spent was running the camera cables to their positions. The camera views are very clear and have a generous view of the area. I have recommended this system to 2 others already. I showed my friend the camera views on my phone and he ordered the same system the next day.

I tried many of night owl products. the lower end does not worth a crab. This C20X series DVR has enough processing power to handle the multiple camera via remote viewing. so far been running for 1 month. One camera developed stripping. Everything else works fine.

The system is very easy to install and use . I did wish it hD the two way speaker in the hard wired cameras. But I did have a problem trying to buy the system. 5 hours being thrown from one department to another and all of them saying that it wasn't there department to fix the problem. But after 5 hours of texting and calling and being very frustrated and angry they finally fix the problem and I was finally able to but the system I wanted
